The Milking Parlor The long axis of the Dutch Gambrel construction allowed for milking stanchions along the outer walls of the facility, while the center aisle was used for access to the dairy cows. The milking stanchions are no longer present, however, the Milking Parlor maintains it's clean white appearance with lap wood siding– a nice contrast to the bright red exterior, a row of regularly spaced six light windows on each side, and a poured concrete floor. The Milking Parlor can accommodate up to 200 guests and has direct access to the grounds outside with overhead garage doors that open. The Milking Parlor is perfect for a ceremony, cocktail hour, receptions and more. This space can accommodate additional guests with the rental of a temporary tent.
The Haymow Room and the Haymow Loft The Haymow Room and the Haymow Loft feature a Gothic Truss Structural System creating a massive Cathedral design. The original wood floors are still intact in the Haymow. The Haymow room can accommodate up to 500 guests. The Haymow room has 60 8 ft. tables for guest seating offering a “Farm Table” feel.
The Haymow Loft The Haymow Loft is included with “The Farm” and “The Haymow Room” packages, and be used for additional guest seating or as a lounge area. Based on availability, The Haymow Loft can be used for private events such as rehearsal dinners and other types of banquets up to 80 guests.
